By downloading mobile content from this service you agree to receive, at no
cost, adhoc promotional messages and offers from EMI Music. If you do not

Costs:
Ringtones cost £3.00. This is billed to your phone via 2 reverse charged
text messages (£1.50 each). Realtones cost £4.00. This is billed
to your phone via 3 reverse charged text messages (2 x £1.50 plus 1 x £1).
Sent text/GPRS download charged at your normal operator rate.
Delivery times:
Most items will be delivered within minutes of ordering, although items
can experience delays of up to 24 hours. This is usually caused by delays
in the network.
Cancellation of Order and Refunds:
Your order can be cancelled if the product has not been delivered within
24 hours. Refunds will be in the form of a cheque. If the product/wap
push/text url has been delivered and has been received by the handset, then
no cancellation of payment can take place.
